Love, Claire was a post-rock/slowcore band from Portland, Oregon which was active from 1996 to late 1998. This release was the band's demo tape, originally self-released in 1997, followed by The Forgotten Cinema LP in 1998.

After the band's demise, members of its final lineup went on to form Air Museum, releasing a 3 song EP.

Among the band's influences were Slint, Codeine, Bedhead, Low, June of 44, Rodan, and Red House Painters.

All donations from digital downloads will go to Wags To Riches Animal Rescue and Sanctuary in Union Gap, WA.

Takes me back to my high school classroom during the days of binging Inio Asano's old manga scanlations before anything was licensed. At that time, I was discovering many kinds of Asian shoegaze, but I've never heard anything like this.
